For Samples orders, 100% Payment is required before production.

For Mass production, 30% Prepayment before production and 70% balance payment before shipment.

Each order will be associated to a checking number or a container number which will be communicated to the buyer allowing a constant tracking of the order made.

7.Do your products have a warranty?

Our electronic ecigrette series have a 6 months warranty.

8.What should I do if the goods received are damaged?
According the company policy, the modality of payment for damaged received goods depends on the freight charges owner. If the customer pays for the freight by using their own freight company, then customer is committed for the payment of damaged products. If SWOT pays for freight, SWOT cannot be considered as responsible for the receiving of damaged product.
