Warranty Policy
1) SWOT E-cig : provides easy, reliable, speedy service to all electronic ecigrette under our warranty.
2) The warranty lasts for 3 months from the date of shipment.
3) The product warranty does not cover the quality problems of product which are caused by natural disasters or human error such as the damage caused by high voltage. Customers need to pay maintenance costs for the damages caused by natural disasters or human error. We provide maintenance of products which are within the warranty period.
We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects after receiving the product; we will also repair free of charge within 6 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty( if repair is required after 3 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials.
1)  If products fail to meet customers’ requirements within 30 days, we provide unconditional replacement.
2)  During the period warranty of the 3 months, free replacement of parts and free maintenance are supported. We offer free repair within 6 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use.
3)  Beyond the period of warranty, the cost of parts replacement is paid by customers. If problems develop after 6 months of the purchase date, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is paid according to the total cost of the replaced materials.
4)  In case of serious loss of products, the A-one ecig only charge materials costs and capital costs.
5)  If the quality problems are caused by damage during the first year of warranty period, the freight is borne by us. We will pay surface freight to return products or parts covered by this Limited Warranty. However, if we determines in the exercise of its reasonable but sole discretion that the product or part returned for warranty service is not defective, or does not otherwise qualify for warranty service, end user shall be liable for all costs of handling and transportation.
6)  The unclear quality problems are solved under negotiation of both sides.
7)  The manufacturer will not be responsible for damage due to misuse and negligence of users, force majeure and accident. This warranty is void if the product warranted has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
8)  Purchaser shall inform manufacturer’s limited warranty to the end users. If the manufacturer determines that refund is the appropriate way to solve the quality problem, purchaser should offer or arrange full refund to the end users.
9)    DOA products should be requested to be replaced within 5 days from the date of the original invoice. Hereby the customer must request a RMA number for the DOA product within 5 days from the date of the corresponding issue.
10)  In case of return procedures, the customer has to email the details of the defective products The information should include returned quantity, model#, problem description and your contact information. Afterwards you will receive an email from us with further instructions.

11)  When returning a product back to SWOT E-CIG it should be boxed and packed in the original packing to prevent damage in transit. If original is not available a comparable corrugated box/carton and foam packing should be used to prevent damage to the product during shipping. Damaged product will be refused.

12)  All pallets are to be clearly labeled with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If a pallet consists more than one RMA #, make sure that all RMA #s are labeled on the pallet.
Make sure the RMA number(s) are written on each carton a minimum of two sides.
